Star Prince is a nice shooter game in which you command a spaceship and your goal is to destroy meteorites before they destroy you. There is a life bar at the top of the screen which diminishes when you collide against meteorites. When this bar gets empty, you lose a life. However, the bar also replenishes itself if you do not collide for a certain time. The meteorites will come towards you at high speed and from different directions. For every meteorite you destroy, you will get points and when you reach a certain amount of points, you can advance to the next level.
To move the spaceship, you can use the mouse or your keyboard and press the left mouse button or Space key to shoot. From time to time, some power-ups will appear on the screen and you should catch them to improve the quality of your shots. Sadly, the game offers only one mode, but there are four difficulty levels to choose from. The game offers simple but nice graphics, simple sounds and, suitable but a bit repetitive music.
In short, if you like shooter games and you are looking for a free fast-paced game to pass the time, Star Prince may be a great choice.
